Delivery

AP KESHAV LTD delivers Ecletic Energies heaters free of charge across the UK and Europe.

Free delivery and carrier

Delivery is free. No delivery charge is added at checkout, to the PayPal payment, or afterwards. We confirm the carrier with you by email before dispatch.

When it leaves

We dispatch after PayPal has confirmed payment. We confirm the carrier and the expected window by email before dispatch. We do not publish a standing number of days, because it depends on the carrier and the destination.

Address

You are responsible for a delivery address we can use. If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, we will write to you before sending it again.
