You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the day you receive the heaters, without giving a reason.

How to tell us

Email support@ecleticenergies.com with your PayPal reference, the model, and the address the heaters were sent to.

Returning the heaters

Send the heaters back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless the heaters are faulty or we agree otherwise. Please pack them so they can travel safely.

Refunds

When the heaters come back, or when you have shown that you sent them, we refund the price of the heaters through PayPal. We do not charge a fee for the refund itself. For a question about the refund, email billing@ecleticenergies.com.

Faulty goods

If a heater is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. We will repair, replace, or refund it.
