These terms cover the sale of Ecletic Energies plug-in heaters by AP KESHAV LTD, 31 Seaford Close, Luton LU2 8JX, United Kingdom. Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 14065347. VAT No.: GB415964086. Rita Bhavin Patel, Director.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. The price you pay for the heaters is the price shown on the product page when you add them to the basket.

The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when PayPal confirms that the payment has been completed. Until then, we may decline an order we cannot fulfil, and we will not take payment.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK and Europe, and delivery is free. No delivery charge is added at checkout or afterwards. We confirm the carrier with you by email before dispatch.

Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See the returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

Payment is taken by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. We do not collect card details on this website.

Use

The heater is for one room. It is not a replacement for central heating. Plug it directly into a wall socket, do not cover it, and do not use it where it can get wet.

Faults and liability

If a heater is faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
